Clayton Huff

Clayton Huff is a Senior Counsel in the Finance & Corporate group at LyondellBasell, focusing on capital market transactions, debt compliance, corporate governance, and securities filings, based in the Houston office since April 2022. Previously, Clayton served as Senior Counsel at Itafos, providing legal advice on corporate matters for the publicly-traded fertilizer manufacturer from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes over five years as an Associate at Porter Hedges LLP, representing clients in various M&A transactions and corporate matters. Clayton's early legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Adair Myers Stevenson Yagi and multiple summer roles at various law firms and the U.S. District Court. Clayton earned a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
