Federica Lolli

Federica Lolli has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as an Associate at Studio Legale Prof. Avv. Ugo Ruffolo, where they handled various legal matters such as business law, consumer law, and advertising campaigns. Federica then moved on to Datalogic Group, where they held multiple positions including Legal and Corporate Affairs Director and General Counsel and Global Head of Intellectual Property. In these roles, they were responsible for managing legal affairs, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Federica also co-founded two ventures, Doorway Srl and Angels4Women, focusing on venture capital and supporting women entrepreneurs. Federica served as Independent Director at Italgas and ERG Spa and more recently worked at LyondellBasell, where they held various legal positions, including Lead Counsel for Global Procurement, Net Zero & Energy, and Legal Director for Italy and Spain. Throughout their career, Federica has demonstrated expertise in legal strategy, compliance, and transactional work.

Federica Lolli has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a laurea cum laude degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. In 2008, they completed the General Management ADP program at the London Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification of 2001 Cambridge FCE from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Furthermore, they attended Luiss Business School in 2003. Federica also briefly attended the College International de Cannes in 1991 but did not pursue a degree there.
