Jessica Ditch

Jessica Ditch is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as the Polymers Operations Manager at LyondellBasell since May 2013. Jessica has held multiple roles within the company, including Polymers Technical Manager and Polymers Technical Team Lead, and was a key contributor as a Process Engineer and Commissioning Lead for the startup of Hyperzone technology. Prior to these positions, Jessica completed two co-op experiences as a Production Engineer with LyondellBasell and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, earned in 2013.
