Monika Janacikova

Monika Janacikova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and supply chain operations. Currently serving as an Associate CSR & Logistics Support at LyondellBasell since May 2022, Monika is responsible for managing customer requests, interfacing with key stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy in SAP. Prior to this role, Monika worked as a Supply Chain Associate at Amgen, where contributions included managing commercial order processes and leading improvement initiatives. Monika's earlier experience includes positions at ING as an Associate Operations Specialist, as well as a Junior Operations Specialist, and teaching Russian language classes at EOI Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Monika holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching of Spanish and Russian language and literature from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
