Phil Pyman

Phil Pyman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Technology Business at LyondellBasell since September 2005. Throughout this tenure, Pyman has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Digital Transformation and Vice President of Joint Ventures and International Marketing, showcasing a strong ability to drive innovation and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining LyondellBasell, Pyman worked as the UK Site Manager at Basell Canada and held various managerial positions at Basell North America and Shell, gaining a comprehensive background in operations and engineering. Pyman holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
