Cynthia Gilbert

Cynthia Gilbert has extensive work experience in the payroll and human resources field. Cynthia started their career in 2003 at Human Resources Incorporated, where they worked as a Controller for four years before transitioning to the role of Payroll Director. Cynthia stayed with the company until 2022. In 2021, Cynthia joined Lyons HR as the Transition Team Payroll Director and later became the Assistant Director of Payroll Tax in February 2022.

Cynthia Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1977 to 1984. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in October 2011.
