Felicia Henderson

Felicia Henderson, LMFT, LPC-S, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership and team management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Care Navigator Team at Lyra Health since October 2021, Felicia oversees team performance and facilitates ongoing training. Prior experience includes roles at Anthem, Inc. as an Associate Manager following its acquisition of Beacon Health Options, where Felicia worked from 2010 to 2021 as a Clinical Supervisor overseeing 20 licensed mental health clinicians. Earlier in the career trajectory, Felicia provided counseling services at Victor Community Support Services. Felicia holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Langston University.
