Jillian Meissner

Jillian Meissner currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Lyra Health, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Jillian was with Maxar Technologies from May 2018 to January 2024, where roles included VP of Total Rewards and People Technology, and several leadership positions focused on compensation and HRIS. Under Jillian's leadership, innovative HR practices were developed, emphasizing data optimization and alignment of compensation programs. Prior experience includes positions at DigitalGlobe as Sr. Manager, Total Rewards; Lands' End as Compensation Manager; and NICE Systems in various roles related to compensation and benefits management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Labor Relations from Rutgers University, earned from 2002 to 2008.
