Katherine McKenna

Katherine McKenna is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in clinical care and social work. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Quality Lead at Lyra Health since March 2017, Katherine focuses on enhancing access to evidence-based mental health interventions through technology and provides crisis management support. Previously, Katherine operated a teletherapy practice from 2018 to 2022, specializing in individual therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Katherine's earlier roles include Dialectical Behavior Therapy Clinician at the University of California San Francisco Adolescent DBT Clinic, a therapist and community care coordinator at Seneca Family of Agencies, and various therapist positions serving vulnerable populations. Katherine holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Brandeis University.
