Marinelle Reynolds

Marinelle Reynolds, LCSW, serves as Clinical Quality Lead at Lyra Health since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading clinical quality and assurance efforts for behavioral health and substance use disorder services. As a Blended Care Therapist, Marinelle provides multi-state telemental health treatment focusing on perfectionism and high-achieving individuals. Since July 2017, Marinelle has owned and operated eRemedy Counseling & Consulting, implementing evidence-based mental health programs with a special focus on high-performing adults and teams. Previous roles include Family Support Program Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where Marinelle designed and evaluated national intervention programs, and Special Needs Coordinator Program Manager at the United States Air Force. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Social Policy and Practice from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Redlands.
