Naveen Rajadhyaksha

Naveen Rajadhyaksha is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and design strategy. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Lyra Health, Naveen focuses on enhancing access to mental health care. As Co-Founder of Staircase Strategy, Naveen collaborates with leaders to apply self-governance and Design Thinking principles to address complex challenges. Previous roles include Staff Product Designer at TripActions, Design Lead at Future Food Institute, and Lead Designer at USAA, where Naveen facilitated human-centered design initiatives. Additional experience encompasses owning Educate & Iterate, a Design Thinking consultancy, and teaching at Nielsen Norman Group and O'Reilly Media. Naveen holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champain.
