Neha Nayak

Neha Nayak currently serves in a Strategy & Operations role at Lyra Health, where responsibilities include leading Women ERG Events & Programming. As a member of WELL for Digital Health, Neha contributes to the advancement of women healthcare professionals in digital health. Prior experience includes leadership positions in various Employee Resource Groups at Redesign Health and Quartet Health, as well as strategy consulting at Deloitte Consulting. Neha also held roles as a Venture Fellow and Investment Analyst Intern at Invest Detroit Ventures and Plymouth Growth, respectively. Neha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The Wharton School, with minors in Computational Cognitive Science and Data Science, along with a Product Strategy certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.
