Noa Saint-Marc currently serves as a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations at Lyra Health, starting in September 2023. Previously, Noa held the role of Director of Pregnancy & Early Childhood at The Monarch Foundation, managing a grantmaking portfolio focused on impactful solutions for societal challenges from June 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, from January 2022 to September 2023, Noa worked as Chief of Staff and Program Director at The Bridge Project, where Noa was instrumental in expanding the nation’s largest unconditional cash program for babies. Noa's earlier experience includes positions as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and a BlackRock Solutions Summer Analyst at BlackRock. Noa began professional training at Bank of America as a Global Technology Summer Analyst and tutored undergraduate students in Data Structures and Algorithms while studying at Duke University. Noa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University in 2019 and attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2017. Academic achievements include a high school GPA of 5.25/4.00 from Cypress Bay High School.
