Samantha Wong is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic account management with extensive experience across various roles in leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Group Manager of Customer Success at Lyra Health since March 2024, Samantha previously held multiple positions at Big Health from September 2020 to March 2024, including Client Success Team Lead. Prior to Big Health, Samantha managed national accounts at Callisto Media, overseeing relationships with major retailers, and held various roles at Anki, focusing on strategic partnerships and channel marketing. Samantha began her career at Target, where roles included Buyer for Music and Merchandise Planning Manager for Grocery, achieving significant improvements in inventory management and sales performance. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
