Stephanie Guiler

Stephanie Guiler is an experienced Life Design Coach and Certified Mental Health Coach, known for empowering women to uncover their passions and live authentically. Operating Stephanie Guiler Coaching since July 2018, Stephanie helps clients become unstuck and discover their purpose. Concurrently, at Lyra Health since January 2020, Stephanie provides mental health support to employees and families, emphasizing evidence-based therapies for personal and professional growth. With a solid background in educational counseling, including roles at Asbury Park School District and Hoboken High School, Stephanie has designed and implemented programs focused on youth development and community involvement. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Seton Hall University and a Professional Coaching certification from iPEC Coaching, complemented by earlier degrees in Education and English/Psychology.
