Jayne Birrittella

Jayne Birrittella has a strong background in finance and valuation services. Jayne is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Finance at Lyra Therapeutics, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Kadmon from 2019 to 2022, including Associate Vice President, Director of Finance, and Manager of Finance. Before joining Kadmon, Jayne worked at Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP for ten years as a Manager of Valuation and Forensic Services. In this role, they were responsible for preparing valuations and reports for financial reporting, estate planning, and other purposes.

Jayne Birrittella attended Binghamton University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Financial Economics. In 2014, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
