Melissa Maquilan-Olinares

Melissa Maquilan-Olinares, SPHRi, serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Lyric - Clarity in motion since April 2023, previously holding similar positions at SilverSky from September 2014 to April 2023, and roles including Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Arca Solutions from May 2011 to September 2014 and HR Supervisor at Stateland, Inc. from September 2008 to April 2011. Melissa Maquilan-Olinares holds a Master’s degree in Human Capital and Organizational Development from the University of Asia and the Pacific and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at De La Salle University, where an earlier degree in Behavioral Science was also obtained.
