Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson has extensive experience in pastoral care and children's ministry, currently serving as Pastoral Care Minister and Children’s Programming Director at Connection Pointe Christian Church since January 2020. Previously, Tim held the position of Property Assistant at Traders Point Christian Church and served as Elementary Pastor at Mount Pleasant Christian Church, where responsibilities included programming and leadership development for children's ministries. Prior to their roles in ministry, Tim worked in the agricultural sector as a Seedsman, Sales Representative, and General Manager at Performance Ag Indiana, focusing on seed sales and client relationships. Tim began their career as a Project Manager at Messer Construction Co. after earning a Bachelor's degree in Building/Construction Site Management from Purdue University.
