Kezia Wilona has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2015, they worked as a Museum Assistant at Wayang Museum for a brief period. In 2016, they served as a Tour Consultant at Panorama Leisure. Kezia then interned as an Account Executive at CleverAds Indonesia Corp in 2020. In the same year, they joined PT. Indousher Mulia Utama as a Professional Usher. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Makeblock, initially on the Marketing Team and later on as a Finance Administration. Currently, they are employed at Lyrid as part of the Asia Pacific Marketing Operation team.

Kezia Wilona's education history includes a Master's degree in Marketing from LSPR Communication and Business Institute, obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institute, completing their studies between 2017 and 2021. Kezia's initial education was at Saint Theresia Tourism High School, where they pursued a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Kezia has obtained several certifications. Kezia became a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) from Woosong University in November 2021, achieved the APTIS certification from the British Council in October 2021, and obtained the AAJI certification from Allianz in March 2021. Furthermore, they received an Appreciation Certificate in 2021 and 2020 from LSPR Communication and Business Institute. Kezia also holds a London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Marketing Level 2 certification from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additionally, they participated in a Disrupto event and received a Disrupto Participation Certificate in 2019.

During their time at Santa Theresia Tourism High School, Kezia obtained a JKT - SIN - BKK Tour Guide certification in March 2016. Kezia also earned a JKT - BDO One Day Tour Leader certification and completed a Table Manner Course in 2015, both through Santa Theresia Tourism High School.
