Brian Martin

Brian Martin is the current General Counsel at Lyten. Prior to this, they were a lecturer at Stanford Law School for one month, EVP at Lyten for one year and one month, and a member of the board of directors for Law Foundation of Silicon Valley for three years and six months. Brian has also been an adjunct professor of law at Southern University Law Center for two years, and at the University at Buffalo School of Law for nine years and four months. Brian has also served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for KLA-Tencor Corp. for eight years. Brian is also a contributor to InsideCounsel and has been legal counsel for Sun Microsystems for 11 years. Brian began their career as an attorney at K&L Gates for two years before moving to Eckert Seamans where they worked as an attorney for six years.

Brian Martin attended the University at Buffalo School of Law from 1984 to 1988 and the University of Rochester from 1980 to 1984, where they studied economics.
