Jeric Castillanes is a seasoned technician specializing in lithium metal anodes and cell assembly, currently serving as a Senior Technician at Lyten since May 2024, focusing on the development of high-performance Li metal anodes for lithium-sulfur cells. Prior experience includes roles as a Cell Assembly Test Technician at Our Next Energy and as a Lab Process Technician at Rivian, where responsibilities covered electrode processing, engineering trials, material characterizations, and quality improvements.
