Tien Doan

Tien Doan currently serves as a Battery Manufacturing Technician at Lyten, specializing in cylindrical and pouch manufacturing on the pilot line since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tien was employed at Tesla from October 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading a quality team to address quality issues and improve yield, as well as collaborating with the process team on quality enhancements in the production line. Tien originally started at Tesla as a Quality Technician, gaining certification and training in several areas of cell manufacturing, including electrode production, notching, winding, CC-welding, assembly, and formation.
