Lip Nam Loh

Associate Principal Scientist, Biology at Lytica Therapeutics

Lip has more than a decade of experience working with various bacteria and viruses. During his graduate and postdoctoral studies, his research focused on host-pathogen interactions, specifically in the membrane trafficking and signaling pathways during infection. He is passionate about the development of new antibiotics to combat multi-drug resistance superbugs, which are one of the greatest threats to global health today. Lip completed his BSc. at the Universiti Putra Malaysia, and received his MSc. and Ph.D. from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
