Melissa Halsey

Melissa Halsey has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Melissa is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lytica Inc. Melissa previously worked at TechInsights as an Application Development Manager. Prior to that, Melissa was an Implementation Project Manager at Privacy Analytics, where they managed software implementations and data anonymization projects. Melissa also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Assent Compliance Inc, leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of software applications. Melissa has also held roles at Mitel and ENCON Group Inc, where they managed various IT projects and supported the development and deployment of applications and infrastructure. Earlier in their career, they worked at TITUS as an Enterprise Support Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and SharePoint Developer Team Lead/Project Manager. Melissa also worked at OpenText as a SharePoint Developer and Intermediate Solutions Developer. Melissa has experience in project management, software development, IT leadership, and team management.

Melissa Halsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Western University. Melissa also obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. In October 2018, Melissa obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
