Ryan Morrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product optimization and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Optimization Engineer and previously in multiple roles including Solutions Architect and Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Lytics, Ryan has been instrumental in helping enterprises automate personalized marketing experiences through the company's Customer Data Platform. Prior to Lytics, Ryan worked at SMC as an Application Integrator 2, where responsibilities included developing and supporting a global CRM implementation. Ryan began a career in technology as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Autobase and has also held roles in technical support and contracting. A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Ryan has cultivated a strong foundation in client relations, solution development, and technical support throughout a diverse career.
