Florence Barjou

Florence Barjou is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Lyxor Asset Management and member of the Executive Committee.

Florence was Deputy CIO since 2014 and Head of Multi-Asset Management in charge of several absolute return funds.

She joined Lyxor in 2006 as Global Macro Strategist and Portfolio Manager. Appointed Head of Multi-Asset Management in 2013, she became Deputy Head of the Absolute Performance & Solutions division in 2014. Florence began her career in the economic research department of BNP's investment bank, where she initially covered emerging market economies before taking responsibility for monitoring OECD countries.

Florence is a graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine and holds a doctorate in economics (2000) from the University of Nanterre. His work, focusing on financial instability and the interactions between financial and macroeconomic cycles, has been published in numerous academic publications.
