Markus Jääskeläinen

Markus Jung is a Java developer at VIVAVIS since February 2023. Previously, Markus worked as a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from June 2015 to May 2022, focusing on security and energy efficiency in IoT and the networking of cyber-physical systems within smart factories and Industry 4.0. Prior experience includes roles as a hardware and software developer at cuviso GbR from June 2009 to January 2016, where Markus developed peripheral components for a 3D visualization system, and as a software developer at ProNES automation GmbH in early 2008, working on redundant applications for the remote monitoring and control of solar power plants. Markus holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
