Tino Välimäki

Tino Välimäki is an experienced professional in people operations and organizational culture, currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Lyyti since February 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experience and company culture, as well as innovating event organization practices. Previous experience includes serving as HR Director at MagiCAD from June 2011 to January 2020, during which Tino led the development of HR processes and initiatives. Additionally, Tino contributed as a Business Developer within the Channel Management team at MagiCAD, focusing on the international sales channel and talent recruitment. Tino holds a Master's Degree in International Management from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences. Further education includes studies at Linköping University, Bangkok University International College, and Markkinointi-instituutti.
