Andy Askew

Andy Askew is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at LzLabs. Prior to this, they took a sabbatical break from April 2020 to August 2021, during which time they relocated to CA's European HQ in Switzerland and led the Portfolio Renewals business for all CA Solutions across the EMEA market. Andy has also played a key role as part of the EMEA Leadership Team and oversaw a total resource pool of 85 HC while reporting to the GM & President of EMEA and Global GM of Software BU.

Before their sabbatical, Askew worked as the Director of EMEA Sales & Portfolio Management for Broadcom Inc. from November 2018 to April 2020. Andy was a core contributor in building the integration and operational GTM plan for Broadcom's acquisition of CA Technologies. Andy was also accountable for portfolio renewals and new business sales in Europe, managing $600m+ in recurring revenues across the designated Strategic Enterprise Client base in Europe.

Askew began their career in software sales at IBM, where they worked as a Software Account Manager from April 2006 to January 2008. Andy then joined CA Technologies as Vice President of Portfolio Management for the Mainframe Sales & Customer Adoption team in EMEA, a position they held from January 2008 to October 2018.

Andy Askew's educational career includes a BTEC in Business Studies and Public Administration from Leeds City College Park Lane Campus, as well as certification from the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) as an ABPI Certified Sales Professional. Additionally, they have ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from ITIL, and Real Life Leadership certification from Ashridge Business School.

Andy Askew reports to Thilo Rockmann, Chief Executive Officer. Some direct reports include Tobias Braun - Head of Pre Sales, Thomas Münz - Head of Post Sales, and André van der Linden - Sales Director. They are on a team with Michael Cairns - Head of Support, Nick Hampson - VP, Product Management, and Frank Mang - Senior Advisor.
