Christian Hodel

Christian Hodel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christian currently works as the Head of Cloud Solution Lab at LzLabs since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Swisscom from 2001 to 2021, where they held the roles of Solution Architect Mainframe and System Engineer z/OS. Christian also worked at BIT as a Windows System Engineer from 2000 to 2001, and at Die Mobiliar from 1991 to 2000, where they worked as a Network Engineer, Windows System Engineer, z/OS System Engineer, and Junior Programmer. Christian'searliest work experience was at Sandoz as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant from 1988 to 1991.

Christian Hodel obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in IT Architecture from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich in 2021. Christian has also completed various courses and certifications, including Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes, IT Architecture with a focus on System and Infrastructure Architecture, Network Architectures, System Integration, Virtualization to Serverless, Software Architecture, Software Development from Waterfall to Agile, and Digital Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, they hold certifications in PostgreSQL DBA Essentials and Red Hat System Administration I-III (Fast-Track), obtained in 2017.
