Mshrd Traci Keith

Traci Keith has a extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Traci is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at MC Tank Transport since August 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Reading Rock, Inc. from March 2017 to August 2018. Traci also worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative at DyStar from March 2013 to March 2017. Before that, they were an Administrative Assistant at DPS from April 2011 to December 2012. In addition, they have experience as an HR OnSite Manager at Elite Staffing Inc from April 2007 to May 2010 and as a Career Development Coach at Arbor Education and Training from May 2006 to April 2007. Traci also has experience as an Assistant Community Manager at AIMCO from June 2004 to May 2006. Traci started their career as an Independent EFL Teacher, teaching English as a Foreign Language, from April 2001 to February 2002. Prior to that, they worked as an ESL Teacher at International Language Plus, Inc. from August 2000 to April 2001 and as an Assistant Teacher Trainer at ITC-Spain from April 1999 to July 2000.

Traci Keith holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies & Spanish from The Ohio State University. In addition to their formal education, Traci Keith has also obtained several certifications, including PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM-CP from SHRM, and TEFL from ITC-Spain.
