Alex Murtha (Kim)

Alex Murtha (Kim) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2011, Alex worked as a Network Administrator and Head of Information Technology at USA Financial Consultants. From there, Alex transitioned to a Technical Support Representative role at H&R Block, where they provided remote assistance to offices nationwide. In 2012, Alex joined Sony Online Entertainment as a Technical Support Representative, offering Tier-1 support for various online games. Shortly after, Alex became a System Administrator at Verance, where they handled Help Desk support, system repairs, upgrades, and network configuration. In 2014, Alex joined TSP, Inc. as a Storage Engineer, supporting NetApp storage systems for prominent clients across different industries. At Itility, starting in 2017, Alex held several roles such as IT Consultant, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, SCRUM Master, Dev Ops Systems Engineer, Storage Engineer, and Virtualization Administrator. Currently, Alex is working at M Corp as the Lead RPA Project Manager.

Alex Murtha (Kim) completed a Technical Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at UEI College San Diego in the year 2011. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, Alex attended The Art Institutes, specializing in Visual Game Programming. Alex also holds several certifications in the field. In September 2014, Alex obtained NAIP certification from NetApp. In March 2015, Alex earned the ASE3 certification from NetApp. Most recently, in July 2019, Alex became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Agile Scrum Alliance™.
