John Drummond

John Drummond is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development at M Crowd Restaurant Group since June 2018, John leads the HR and training departments for a collection of acclaimed boutique restaurants, including Mi Cocina. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Vice President Human Resources and Training at Giordano's and Senior Director of Human Resources at T.G.I. Fridays, contributing significantly to each organization’s HR strategies and training programs. Additional experience includes leading HR efforts at McAlister's Deli and Buca di Beppo, along with a role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Capabilities at White Lodging Services. John began a career as an award-winning Executive Recruiter at All Team Staffing. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
