BrandyJo Guzman, MBA, SHRM-SCP

BrandyJo Guzman has extensive experience in human resources and administration. BrandyJo currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at M Culinary Concepts LLC, where they lead HR, administration, and IT operations. As an executive team member, they work closely with the CEO to shape the vision and mission of the company.

Prior to their current role, BrandyJo served as a Human Resources Project Manager at Apollo Education Group from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they analyzed company functions and implemented solutions to improve overall performance. BrandyJo focused on legal compliance, unemployment, and training programs.

From 2005 to 2013, BrandyJo worked as a Human Resources Manager at FTG Group. BrandyJo coordinated all aspects of HR operations and contributed to training programs to enhance employee engagement. BrandyJo also collaborated with HR and business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies.

Before joining FTG Group, BrandyJo held various roles at Choice Hotels International. BrandyJo was a Franchise Service Director from 1998 to 2005 and a Property Systems Trainer from 1996 to 1998.

Overall, BrandyJo has a strong background in HR, with expertise in organizational design, change management, compliance, training, and talent acquisition.

BrandyJo Guzman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. BrandyJo further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. In addition to their academic achievements, BrandyJo Guzman has obtained several certifications throughout their career. BrandyJo is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, certified in the Everything DiSC Workplace® program from DISC Partners, and has completed the Darren Harrdy High Performance Forum through DARREN HARDY, LLC. BrandyJo has also received Mediation Training from the AZ Attorney General and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Furthermore, BrandyJo Guzman has obtained the titles of Microsoft Office Specialist 2010 Master and Microsoft Office Specialist 2007 Master. Lastly, they hold a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) credential from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
