Kustaa Jaskari has an extensive work experience in customer support and technical roles. Kustaa started their career at Nokia in 1987 as a software engineer in the Nokia Research Center. Kustaa then joined Hewlett-Packard in 1988 and held various roles including Unix specialist, technical support team manager, and business development manager. In 1992, they became the manager of HW- and SW- Support Services in Finland, and later, they were appointed as the manager of service delivery engineering for North Europe. From 1999 to 2001, they served as the director of services sales and devices inside sales at Hewlett-Packard. After leaving HP, they returned to Nokia in 2001 as the head of charging and billing solutions R&D and product support. Kustaa then held positions as the director of product support, senior director of customer care for Europe, and senior director of customer care for mobile operators. In 2014, they joined M-Files Corporation as the vice president and later became the senior director of customer support. Most recently, they served as the vice president of global customer support.
Kustaa Jaskari obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.), DI degree in Information Technology from the Tampere University of Technology. Kustaa attended the university from 1981 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Executive Leadership from LinkedIn in July 2021.
