Marin Bratanov has extensive work experience in the technical support field. Marin began their career in 2010 as an AV Technician at Special Events Group. In 2011, they joined Progress as an Enterprise Support Officer, providing technical support to customers and troubleshooting their issues. Marin was later promoted to Support Lead, where they took on additional responsibilities such as mitigating security vulnerabilities and improving internal processes. Marin held various positions within Progress, including Principal Technical Support Engineer and Senior Enterprise Support Officer. In 2021, they joined M-Files as a Developer Support Engineer and was quickly promoted to Senior Developer Support Engineer.
Marin Bratanov attended Vassil Drumev from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics, natural sciences, and German language. In 2005, they obtained a CAE certification with Grade A in English for Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, in 2005 they completed Cisco CCNA Semesters 1-2 at Intelekti Academy. In 2006, they obtained English language proficiency equivalent to a Foreign Language High School diploma with Grade A from the High School for Foreign Languages "Professor Doctor Assen Zlatarov" in Veliko Tarnovo city, Bulgaria. From 2006 to 2010, Marin Bratanov studied Telecommunications Engineering at the Technical University Sofia, where they completed their undergraduate degree.
