Tomi Ikonen

Tomi Ikonen has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tomi is currently employed as a Customer Support Specialist at M-Files since February 2022. Prior to this, from January 2016 to February 2022, they worked at Colorado Springs in a role related to professional development. Before that, Tomi worked at Nokia for several years in different roles. From May 2007 to August 2012, they served as a Senior Specialist in Network Management Systems, specifically in Configuration Management System Architecture. From May 2000 to April 2007, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer, focusing on Configuration Management Applications. Lastly, from January 1998 to April 2000, Tomi worked as a Software Engineer in Network Management Applications.

Tomi Ikonen obtained an Associate degree in Accounting and Finance from Pieksämäki Business College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Tomi later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Technology at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), completing their studies from 1994 to 1998.
