M. Charles M.

M. Charles M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. M. Charles started their career as a Sergeant First Class in the US Army, serving from May 1996 to January 2010. After that, they transitioned to the private sector and worked at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) as a Manager of Technical Support for Spectrum Enterprise from February 2011 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for various technical aspects and personnel management. From September 2019 to September 2023, M. Charles M. worked at Ball Dermpath as the Director of Information Technology. Their responsibilities included managing a large IT team, overseeing program management, website development, and implementing process improvements. M. Charles also led a significant project gathering data from insurance providers and physician groups to identify healthcare gaps and business opportunities. Currently, M. Charles M. is working at M.G. Newell Corporation as the Director of IT and Systems Administrator, starting in September 2023.

M. Charles M. holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liberty University, which was obtained between 2006 and 2010.
