Alisha Spada

Alisha Spada has held several positions throughout their work experience. Alisha joined Highfields Capital in December 2011 as the Operations Manager for the Chief Operating Officer and held this role until November 2013. In November 2013, they joined LAUNCH as the Operations Manager where they focused on reinventing multi-channel consumer experiences and maximizing consumer engagement. In 2016, they joined M.Gemi as the Manager of Omni-Channel Experience, and in July 2018, they were promoted to Director of Omni-Channel Experience. Most recently, in August 2019, they became the Vice President at Work 'N Gear.
