Mark Harden

Mark Harden is an experienced HR professional who has held various leadership roles in different companies. In their current role at M Group Services, Mark serves as the Interim Head of People Services, overseeing HR operations for a large UK workforce. Prior to this, Mark has worked in similar capacities at companies like Medivet, RAC, and Drax Group. Mark has a strong track record of implementing process improvements, developing HR systems, and driving efficiency in HR services. Mark also has a background in operations management and finance. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.
