Marc Fern

Marc Fern has been with M. Holland Company since 1997, holding various positions including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President, and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Marc played a key role in transforming the sales organization, expanding market exposure across different regions, and developing a passion for leadership. Prior to M. Holland, Marc worked as a Sales Representative at Colors For Plastics, Inc. after graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
