Nick Chodorow

As Chief Innovation Officer, Nick is responsible for driving best-in-class digital experiences for M. Holland employees, clients and suppliers. He is an experienced IT executive with a passion for leading organizations in digital transformation. Nick joined M. Holland in May 2022 to lead the company’s digital evolution as a leading international thermoplastics distributor. Prior to joining M. Holland, he served as Chief Information Officer at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice and The Belt Railway Company of Chicago, providing strategic vision for IT platforms. His accomplishments include improving availability and performance of production environments, advancing internal applications and enhancing the customer experience. Nick holds a master’s degree in IT management from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, traveling, and coaching soccer and softball teams for his two daughters. Nick is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada and speaks conversational French.
