Jaclyn Hakes

Jaclyn Hakes has extensive experience in planning and land surveying, currently serving as Associate and Director of Planning Services at M.J. Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. since May 2012. Prior roles include Project Manager and Senior Planner at Elan Planning, Design & Landscape Architecture, Principal Planner for the City of Saratoga Springs, and Senior Planner at Jacobs Edwards and Kelcey. Jaclyn started in the field as a Project Manager with Saratoga Associates and Environmental Planner at Edwards and Kelcey, following a graduate internship at the University at Albany. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Regional Planning from the University at Albany and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from Binghamton University.
