Linda Ngore

Linda Ngore has extensive experience in retail operations and customer care, currently serving as the Retail Operations Manager at M-KOPA since October 2012. Linda has held various roles within the organization, including Team Lead for Field Audit, Reverse Logistics Lead, and Customer/Dealer Care Representative. Prior to M-KOPA, Linda worked as a Customer Care Representative at ISON BPO from October 2011 to October 2012. Linda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media from Egerton University, a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, and additional studies at the University of Nairobi and Strathmore Business School.
