Callie Kant is the VP of Brand & Creative at M.M.LaFleur. Callie was previously an Associate Art Director, Digital at Victoria's Secret from August 2012 to August 2016. In this role, they art directed and oversaw digital design projects for Victoria's Secret, managed site launch team, and led strategy, design, and concept direction for home and landing pages, editorial features, and special initiatives on the desktop and mobile e-commerce sites (victoriassecret.com). Callie also collaborated with photography, copy, marketing, and merchandising teams to plan assets and seasonal brand stories; contributed to UX design, including icons, chrome, user flow, and templates; worked closely with web development team on new feature ideation, fixing product defects, and A/B testing initiatives; and presented to executive leadership on a regular basis.

Before working at Victoria's Secret, Callie Kant was a Graphic Designer at Hearst Magazines from June 2010 to June 2012. Callie was also a Web Design Intern at Barneys New York from February 2010 to May 2010. Prior to that, they were the Wholesale Operations Manager / Merchandiser at Hollywould from August 2006 to May 2008. After leaving Hollywould, they became a Print/Web Designer & Art Director through Freelance Design from June 2008 to August 2012.

Callie Kant completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, where they majored in communications and English and graduated magna cum laude. Callie then completed a certificate course in front end web development at General Assembly. Finally, they earned their master's degree in communications design from Pratt Institute.
