Rick Timmerman

Rick Timmerman has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering and maintenance. Rick began their career at Hines in 1991 as a Lead Engineer and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2008, they served as the Chief Engineer for the JP Morgan Chase Bank Building and The Houston Club Building, where they managed daily operations and maintenance.

In 2008, Timmerman joined PM Realty Group MENA as the Director of Engineering for a joint venture with Bin Salem Holding in Abu Dhabi. Rick played a key role in opening the Abu Dhabi office and managed all aspects of the Engineering Department.

In 2010, Timmerman switched to MM Properties, where they held various roles. Rick started as the Assistant Chief Engineer at the Bank of America Center, overseeing daily activities and conducting visual inspections. Then, they became the Chief Engineer at 5555 San Felipe, where they directed the daily activities of a team, managed budget adherence, and implemented company standards. Currently, they are the Chief Engineer at MM Properties, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems and managing a team of operations and maintenance staff.

Rick Timmerman completed their education at various institutions in Houston, Texas. In 1981, they graduated from Northbrook Senior High School in Houston. Following that, they also graduated from the Spring Branch Career Center in Houston in the same year, specializing in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. In 1982, Rick obtained a Certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration from Houston Community College. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) from the State of Texas, a First Grade Stationary Engineers License from the City of Houston, and a Maintenance Electrician License from the State of Texas. Rick also holds a Universal Air Conditioning and Refrigeration certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
