Graeme Ogle FCIPD

Graeme Ogle FCIPD has a long and varied work history, beginning with a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Melville Craig Group in 1997. Graeme then moved to CIGNA International in 2000, where they were a Human Resources Manager in Europe. In 2006, they became Vice President of Global Human Resources at Polaroid Eyewear. In 2010, they took on the same role at StyleMark Inc., followed by HR Director for Safilo UK, Ireland, Nordics and Baltics and Polaroid Eyewear in 2012. In 2017, they founded and became Director of Thread Human Resources Consultancy. In 2018, they became Head of Human Resources at Enva, and in 2021 they became Human Resources Director at Sivers Photonics. Most recently, in 2023, they took on the role of Head of People and Learning at M Squared.

Graeme Ogle FCIPD obtained a BA (Hons) Industrial Relations degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Strathclyde between 1992 and 1996.
