Patrick Wirtz

Patrick Wirtz serves as a member of the M12 Expert Network, advising Illusive Networks on the integration of security systems within customer environments since November 2020. At Microsoft, Wirtz has held various roles since October 2015, including Senior Enterprise Security Executive, where a focus on developing secure customer environments while enhancing collaboration experiences is emphasized. Previously, Wirtz worked as a Senior Modern Workplace Specialist, concentrating on delivering seamless user experiences across collaboration services, and as a Senior Technology Specialist in Security & Compliance. Extensive experience also includes leadership as Director of Innovation at The Walsh Group from 2000 to October 2015, overseeing projects addressing user challenges, as well as various IT management positions. Wirtz holds an MBA in Management and Strategy and a BS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame.
