Donny Swandono has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Donny is currently working as a Business Manager at M2, a full-scale crypto company that focuses on virtual assets products and building a cryptocurrency ecosystem in line with the UAE government's initiative. Prior to this, Donny served as the Indonesia Business Manager at Easy Crypto.

Donny also has experience as the President Director & Co-Founder at Finfleet Teknologi Indonesia, where they played a significant role in the company's operations and growth from 2018 to 2021. Donny also worked as the Head of Business Expansion KUDO at Grab in 2017.

Earlier in their career, Donny held various leadership positions in different companies. Notably, they served as the Commercial Director at Dimo Pay Indonesia, where they developed strategic partnerships and merchant acceptance networks for mobile banking, payment, and commerce. Donny also worked as the Director of Credit Cards, Debit Cards & ATM Development at Techcombank Vietnam, where they focused on product development strategy and expanding cashless transactions.

Before this, Donny served as the Head of Consumer Finance at ANZ Vietnam and HSBC - Indonesia, where they managed credit card portfolios and consumer loans. Prior to that, they were the Head of Consumer Finance at HSBC - Indonesia, overseeing mortgage loans, personal loans, and consumer finance. Additionally, Donny worked at PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk., and Citigroup Jakarta, where they held various leadership roles, including Credit Card Group Head and Head of Collections - Recovery.

Donny Swandono holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance, an MS in Accounting, and BS degrees in Accounting and M.Eng. With their extensive knowledge and experience in finance, banking, crypto, and business development, Donny has proven himself as a capable and accomplished professional in their field.

Donny began their education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at an unknown institution. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they obtained a Sarjana Teknik (Bachelor of Engineering) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Donny then enrolled at Oklahoma State University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Donny continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Master of Science degree in Accounting.

In addition to their academic achievements, Donny Swandono has also obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) USA. Donny received this certification through FPSB Indonesia in August 2021.
