Michael Psalios

Michael Psalios has diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael started their career as a Sales Agent at One touch solutions in 2004. In 2005, they joined Primus Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd as a Provisioning/Faults Manager until September 2009. Later in the same year, they moved to M2 Telecommunications Group Ltd and currently holds the role of Provisioning/Customer Service/Sales Training Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for conducting training programs and providing ongoing coaching and development for staff. Michael also oversees the leaders program for training and developing future managers.
